The company began in 1979 with its focus on business consulting, however it was soon determined that many of our clients were searching for new capital for many reasons, among them—new product lines or business expansion and acquisitions. We, at that time, began to focus on capital acquisition and mergers and acquisitions.

It soon became our strength, and to date we have facilitated new capital infusion in excess of one hundred-thirty million dollars for most all types of clients.
